Product Overview
DiamondKote DKW 4191 is an experimental product designed as a durable, water-based, unfilled inside green tire paint. This formula provides excellent lubricity between the bladder and the green tire when applied correctly, resulting in excellent release, air bleed, tire uniformity, and potentially improved bladder life.
DiamondKote W-4191 performs well on a variety of tire types/designs and curing presses, and it complies with REACH regulations. It also works as a bladder lube and can be used as a bladder pretreatment to seal and lubricate the surface of a new bladder.
